What we collect and why
- Book a call (Calendly): name, email, meeting details, and any optional fields — purpose: scheduling and holding the call.
- Google Form: any details you submit (e.g., name, email, message) — purpose: responding to your inquiry.
We do not use tracking/analytics cookies on this website. Third-party services (Calendly/Google) may use their own cookies on their pages.
Legal bases (GDPR Art. 6)
- Contract / pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b)) for scheduling/responding;
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) for basic business communications and minimal record-keeping;
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) where applicable (e.g., tax records).

- Google LLC (forms)
They process data on our behalf under their terms and EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
International transfers
Data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g., U.S.) via the above providers with appropriate safeguards (EU SCCs).
Retention
- Inquiry/meeting data: up to 12 months after last contact, unless longer retention is required by law;
- Tax/accounting records: as required by law.
